The wonder of the Internet
With that advent of the Internet and all of the home information you can find on here about potential houses, it's definitely changed the real estate industry. You find your buyers have done their research when looking for the homes they might want to buy which is good. Sometimes, however, you worry that they have done TOO MUCH research....
A few weeks back, I took one of my favorite buying couples, Katie and Josh, out to see some houses. We walk in the door and Katie tells me what she has found out about the house.....and its owner.... "She bought the house in 2003 for $183,000, she just bought a home in Bexley for $400,000, she works at Abercrombie and Fitch and she runs marathons...."
