It's a girl...

I have a new second cousin (and one that is close enough to see on a regular basis!) Alana Marie who was born yesterday! It was an exciting day for my aunt who has two boys and two grandsons so now she has a grandDAUGHTER! I love the photo above of my cousin's stepdaughter holding her new sister. The photo is very similar to a photo of my own sister holding me when she was 13 and thinking "Geez....I'm 13....I wanted a little sister YEARS ago NOT NOW!"
