Jumping on the bandwagon

I was telling some friends how I went to see the movie Juno over the weekend. I thought it was pretty good--maybe not the best movie to see with your mom, but nonetheless an interesting story. I was a little surprised to hear people say they weren't going to see it because they didn't want to support teen pregnancy. Hmm.....really? By going to see this movie, I'm encouraging teen pregnancy? Interesting. I guess it's all in the way you view things. Personally, I thought I was just going to see a movie, but apparently people think there's more to it than that.....I'll have to remember to tell people when they go see violent movies, that I really don't appreciate them encouraging violence in our society....haha (It's a MOVIE people, a MOVIE : )
