"Sorry Mr. President, I'm going to have to call you back...."

We've been having some computer problems at work lately and we finally decided to spend the money to get them fixed. Of course, they are not the "call the free Realtor tech hot line" type problems but specific issues with our specialized property management software. Basically the program that keeps ALL of our financial files and tends to be something we'd like to keep working.

I laugh because at the rate of $200 an hour, I find NOTHING more important than my phone call with tech support.
